Our Service Commitment
Northland Connect Ltd strives to provide our customers and clients with an overall ENJOYABLE EXPERIENCE, with this in mind we have available various different levels of support.
NCL support staff are available from 9am till 5pm, Mon - Fri to answer any queries, arrange installations, update your account and facilitate speedy technical support in the event that you require it. After hours you may need to log and service issues with our 24 / 7 PHONE SUPPORT service, a Northland Connect representative will contact you within 24hrs from the time the call is received. The NCL network is continuously monitored and our locally based technicians are dedicated to providing a reliable and consistent service to all our customers.
REMOTE SUPPORT (or off-site support) will rectify most service issues. Our technicians can access most settings for your account without having to come to you.
If ON-SITE SUPPORT is required our technicians are available from 9am - 4pm, Mon - Fri. Service Issues requiring on-site support that are not directly related to Northland Connect Network, will be charged at a rate of $75 per hour + callout fee if you live 5km or more away from the Paihia CBD.
